Located just West of the intersection of Hwy 65 & Sunshine, you'll find 417 Bliss inside the building pictured above, on the NW corner of the intersection of E. Sunshine & Deeswood Ave/Ingram Mill Rd. intersection.  Look on the North side of Sunshine St., across from Meeks and adjacent to Commerce Bank.  This building is also home to many other professional services including dental offices, legal services, insurance, CPAs and more.  You will not see a sign on Sunshine St, but 417 Bliss signage is located on the glass entry doors on the building.

PARKING & ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLIENTS  
  • Monday - Friday 9a-5p, please park in the large Southside parking lot which you enter from Sunshine St, or Deeswood Dr.  Enter the building through the main center front entrance.  Then walk North through the atrium area, past the public restrooms (make a pit stop if you need to).  After you've passed the restrooms, continue straight ahead down main center hallway.  You will find Suite-G on the right side of the hall. Come on in! 

  • Weekdays AFTER 5pm & WEEKENDS, parking spaces are always available on the EAST side of the building where you can walk right into the northeast building entrances and around the corner to my office.  I will save you from frustration by sharing that this handy little parking lot  can only be entered from Deeswood Street (between Commerce Bank & my building).

CALLING THE STUDIO
You are welcome to call the office at 417-942-5972 to schedule an appointment. Voicemail is ready for your message and I will return your call as soon as possible. Since I'm in massage sessions throughout the business day & return phone calls between sessions, please be prepared to provide your name, the best phone number (& time) to reach you, and any other message you might have. If you need immediate attention, please text me on my cell number (417) 860-0384.

ONLINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING - AVAILABLE WITH RENAE ONLY   (aahhhh - this is so convenient!)
Save time and utilize the online booking service to make your appointment at your convenience.  Your appointment will be confirmed via email and you will receive a reminder via email 48-hours before your appointment AND a reminder via text message 24-hours before your appointment time. Canceling &/or rescheduling your appointment can also be done online.

​ARRIVE ON TIME
If you are a NEW client at 417 Bliss, please arrive a minimum of 10-minutes early for your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for you to complete "first visit" paperwork that is required prior to session start. Additionally, I will visit with you to review any health concerns and/or contraindications you may have. Feel free to ask any questions about your massage at this time. Please visit the Contact Us page where you will find this new client paperwork available for download. It saves time if you can print & complete this paperwork to bring along with you for your first massage session at 417 Bliss.

LATE ARRIVAL  
If you arrive late for your appointment, you forfeit that amount of massage time to allow subsequent appointments scheduled for that day, to stay on time. In other words, appointments that start late will be ended at the original finish time. You will be expected to pay the amount due for the full session. We don't like this situation either, so please be on time!

24-HR CANCELLATION POLICY 
I know "life happens" and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any appointment canceled LESS THAN 24-hours in advance will be charged a 50% Late Cancel Fee - NO SHOWS are charged a 100% fee. 

Renae's Note:  Since I DO provide appointment reminder text &/or emails, I expect you to show up for your session. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, I will call or text you shortly after the missed time, to check that you are OK. Please understand, I earn income only when clients show up for scheduled appointments, therefore lost earning opportunities created by missed sessions can lead to my refusal to accept future bookings for you. However, your communication of your need to cancel allows me the possibility of filling your vacated appointment time with another client. Your understanding and cooperation is appreciated!

NO SHOW 
This is the worst offense you can commit towards your Massage Therapist since it steals my opportunity to earn income with no chance to offer your vacated appointment time to other clients that would love to get a massage. If you do not show up for your appointment, I
will call or text to check that you are ok. Your payment of the NO SHOW FEE of 100% of the original FULL RETAIL PRICE for the scheduled session will be required before any future appointment will be booked for you. Additionally, a NO SHOW event will force void of your gift certificate, had you planned to redeem it for the visit. Prepaid deals or packages will forfeit one visit for any NO SHOW occurrence.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES 
I accept payment by cash, check, credit and debit cards, including American Express.

GRATITUITIES (TIPS) 
I never expect a tip, but truly appreciate them. My service fees DO NOT include a gratuity, therefore you have the choice of providing a tip based on the service you feel you have received. If you choose to INCLUDE a tip in your credit/debit card transaction, this option will be available to you at the time you sign your credit card transaction. Thank you!​​

RETURNED CHECK FEE 
Expect to be charged a $30 handling fee for any check returned by your bank for non-sufficient funds. You will be expected to pay this fee in cash along with the original full purchase price at the time you pick up your returned check from the Studio. After such event, I welcome your business but will no longer accept your check as payment. SPECIAL NOTE: Gift Certificates purchased with non-sufficient funds will NOT be honored until all fees are paid in full.

​GIFT CERTIFICATES 
417 Bliss Gift Certificates are available for purchase at the Studio, or online anytime!  All 417 Bliss Gift Certificates are good for 5-years from the date of purchase. 

If you want to visit the Studio to purchase a Gift Certificate, please call first to be certain I'm available (not in session) & free to help you whenever you plan to come by. 

REFERRAL REWARDS:
Earn free upgrades when you refer your friends &  family to 417 Bliss. You will be notified by email whenever you have earned a reward which will be available for use with any future appointment. Rewards include a $15 add-on service (extra massage time, warm or cool stones; or aromatherapy). Referral rewards may be saved and redeemed towards a future Gift Certificate purchase too!

Rewards are NOT issued when the referred client redeems a Gift Certificate you have given them. The reward will be issued whenever that client returns and purchases a visit for themselves.

​HOLIDAY CLOSINGS 
417 Bliss office is closed in observance of the following holidays each year: New Years Day*, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, the Studio will be closed the day before or after the holiday. You are welcome to call or visit my online scheduler to see what availability is offered during holiday occurrences.

BAD WEATHER CLOSING 
In the event weather becomes hazardous, I will attempt to contact you to reschedule your appointment. Should you have concerns prior to being contacted, feel free to call me to reschedule, 417-942-5972. Always be safe!

CLIENT MISCONDUCT 
Let's get this out of the way immediately... my services are purely therapeutic and NON-SEXUAL. I reserve the right to terminate your massage session if any comments &/or behavior are considered inappropriate. FULL payment will be required for the session &/or Law Enforcement authorities will be notified. I WILL will press charges - NO EXCEPTIONS!
